How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on all of our wood pieces, anywhere in the continental US.
When will I get my order?

Your piece is built after you order it, and we let the finish cure for three days before it goes in a box. Most orders ship within 7 days. If you have a special request or a date you're working toward, email hollemanfurniture@gmail.com and we'll do what we can.
Product Care

Dust with a soft cloth, and clean with a damp — not wet — cloth and a pH-neutral cleaner. Skip harsh chemicals and don't let water stand on the surface. The hardwax oil finish sits in the wood rather than on top of it, so it can be refreshed by hand: clean the surface, scuff it lightly with fine sandpaper, and apply a thin coat of compatible maintenance oil. No stripping, no refinishing. These are indoor pieces.
Where are your products made?

Everything we make is Michigan-made, start to finish. Our pieces are designed in Detroit and built by hand in our Leonard, Michigan shop.
What is the return policy?

If your piece arrives damaged, or isn't what you ordered, that's on us — send photos within 7 days of delivery and we'll repair it, replace it, or refund it, return shipping included. Beyond that, our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll work with you to make it right.
